Tissue thin soft and sheer, this dress is like a soft breeze. It ties at the neck and comes with a 9 foot long skinny sash that can be belted in many ways. The sash and neck ties have tiny vintage shell buttons at the ends. The side seams are hand stitched with embroidery thread and dipped in iron which adds contours to the design. This dress is great at the beach or around town with sandals.
